The Warrior Within Martial Arts Camp - Waiver, Terms & Conditions

By registering my child for "The Warrior Within Martial Arts Camp," I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participation & Health Acknowledgment
I confirm that my child is in good health and physically able to participate in all camp activities. I will inform CADRE Academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or requirements my child may have before the camp begins, via the whatsApp 97681020

Liability Release
I acknowledge that participation in martial arts and related activities may involve inherent risks. I hereby release and hold harmless CADRE Academy, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to my child during the camp, except in cases of gross negligence.

Behavioral Expectations
I understand that CADRE Academy reserves the right to dismiss any child from the camp if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk to others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Refund & Cancellation PolicyCancellation by Parent:
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the camp start date will receive a refund of 50%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made thereafter

Cancellation by Academy:
If CADRE Academy cancels the camp for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

Media Release
I grant permission for photos, videos, or other media of my child taken during camp activities to be used by CADRE Academy for promotional and educational purposes. If I do not consent, I will notify CADRE Academy in writing before the camp begins.

Personal Belongings
I acknowledge that CADRE Academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the camp. Please label all belongings with your childs name.

Emergency Contact InformationI agree to provide up-to-date emergency contact information and ensure availability of a designated contact in case of emergencies.
